Tar, Resin and Sap

Tar, Resin and Sap

"I drew out all the nails from them, i nurtured them and placed them upwards once again;
Like they once stood, in their childhood. After having traveled around the globe,
the planks have collected souvenirs: scars and tattoos.

All the Tar, Resin and Sap has run out."

Installation made out of planks retrieved from a pile on its way to the landfill.
Shown at the spring exhibition of Umeå Academy of Fine Arts.
